I’ve been licensed for a few years now, and truthfully, I’ve spent most of that time feeling like I was just guessing. I’ve been with five different brokerages — always hoping the next one would be “the one.” But no matter where I landed, something was always missing.

I didn’t know what to focus on each day. I didn’t have a system,  and even when I was motivated, I wasn’t sure if I was spending my time on the right things to actually grow my business. Most days, I felt busy... but not productive.

That changed when I joined eXp Realty.

For the first time, I had structure. I had access to real training that actually applied to real-world deals. I had mentors who answered their phones. And more importantly, I had a clear plan. Suddenly, everything made sense — and I could finally see how this business could work for me.

Now, I just want to show other agents how simple it can be when you have the right tools, a little accountability, and a team that actually cares if you succeed. 

That’s why I started Backyard Tribe — to give other agents the support I spent years searching for.
